When my 12 year old son asked me to create a website for him and his friends, I was quite glad he was learning to appreciate the value of these things and especially the part technology of the internet plays in our daily loves today, however, I did not want to spoil him so I told him that I will just guide him but he will be the one to create his website, and since the tools I use are quite complicated for a 12 year old to understand, I decided to utilize those free online website builder like www.wix.com. For a fact, I know these are quite simple tools which are easy to understand and that even a kid and a newbie can easily understand. I have tried this out myself and I know it is really reliable and actually very good that if I was not a website developer myself, I would also be constantly using such a site like this. So I guided my son throughout the process of his first website and we really had fun as everything was simple and the drag and drop feature really played a good part to simplify things. AS my son finished up his own self-made site, you can really see the pride in his face and somehow, he was so inspired that he also wanted to teach his friends to make their own webpages, with him now being their boss and ringleader as the young kids with their own webpages.
